Who we are
Etelier Gallery Inc. ("Etelier Gallery," "we," "us") runs eteliergallery.us. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site, join our community, or buy from us, and what we do with it. Questions go to etelierbusiness@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Your email address, phone number and country when you join the EG Community.
- Order details when you check out: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought. Checkout is run by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.
- Anything you send us when you email us.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, products added to cart, and the site that referred you.
- Campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and an identifier in links from our emails that connects your visit to your email subscription.
How we use it
- To run the store, process and ship orders, and give subscribers early access to drops.
- To show members their rewards tier, order count and early access time, after they confirm their email through a link we send them.
- To send marketing emails and text messages you have agreed to receive.
- To understand which campaigns, pages and products work, and to improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on your consent for marketing messages and for analytics and advertising cookies, on our contract with you to fulfil orders, on our legitimate interest in running and securing the store, and on legal obligation for records we must keep.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number through our signup form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Etelier Gallery, such as drop announcements and early access. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, other than the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run the store, and only for that purpose:
- Shopify, for our product catalogue, cart, checkout and orders.
- Klaviyo, to send our emails and text messages.
- Google Analytics, to measure site traffic and sales.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure and show our ads: the pages you visit here, whether you sign up or buy, and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address. Never your phone number.
- Our hosting, database and engineering providers, who build and maintain our systems under confidentiality obligations.
- Payment processors and shipping carriers, to complete your order.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or anyone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.
We do not sell personal information. Sending Meta the information above, to measure and target our ads, may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out of it (see Your choices).
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use these:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and early access will not work without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on. Shopify's checkout sets its own cookies, described in Shopify's privacy policy.
Your choices
- Email: click unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our emails.
- Text: reply STOP to any of our texts.
- Ads: turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser and we will not load Meta's pixel or send Meta your information.
- Cookies (EEA, UK and Switzerland): we ask before setting analytics or advertising cookies. Change your answer any time with Cookie Settings at the bottom of the page.
- Anything else: email etelierbusiness@gmail.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, the EEA and the UK, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Have your information deleted.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or of targeted advertising. We do not sell it; to opt out of sharing for ads, see Your choices.
- Object to or restrict how we use your information, or withdraw consent at any time.
- Receive your information in a portable format.
To make a request, email etelierbusiness@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, usually by checking you control the email address or phone number on file. You can have an authorized agent make the request for you. We will respond within the time the law allows (45 days in California, one month in the EEA and UK), and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
How long we keep it
We keep subscriber details until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete them, and order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Google Analytics deletes its data automatically after no more than 14 months.
Security and transfers
We use reputable providers and limit access to people who need it, but no system is completely secure. We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. Where the law requires it, transfers from the EEA or UK are protected by our providers' standard contractual clauses.
Children
The site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us their details, email etelierbusiness@gmail.com and we will delete them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
